This easy recipe is absolutely delicious and makes perfect dinner companion. 


So grab your bag of Doritos and start cooking!


Ingredients:

    • 1 bag of Doritos
    • 1 cup Doritos salsa
    • 1 large onion
    • 500g of ground beef
    • Paprika
    • Ground Cumin seed
    • Ground Chilli 
    • 1 can kidney beans
    • Shredded cheese
  • Optional - Salsa, sour cream, guacamole to top.

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven (350F)
    2. Arrange half of the bag of Doritos corn chips on a platter or even a pizza pan
    3. Set it aside
    4. Take a large skillet and cook 1 large diced onion and 500g of ground beef. Drain off all the fat.
    5. Add to it 2 tsp of smoked paprika, 2 tsp of ground cumin seed and ¼ tsp of ground chili in the skillet. Cook it for about 2 minutes.
    6. Add to it 1 can of red kidney beans and 1 cup of Doritos salsa and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes.
    7. Half of the mixture transfer over the chips and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheddar
    8. Bake it for about 10 minutes, the cheese needs to be melted.
    9. When you removed it from oven add the remaining Doritos, mixture and 1 more cup of shredded cheese on the top.
    10. Bake again for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
    11. You can top it with everything you like – from salsa to sour cream, sliced onion or guacamole. It’s on you.
    12. And at the end, enjoy because that’s about it. Quick and easy.

     

    Doritos Casserole

    2 of the best comfort foods in one. This family-pleasing casserole recipe will blow your mind. 

     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag of cheese Doritos
    • 2 cups of cooked rice
    • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cans of Rotel
    • 1 bag of Shredded cheese
    • 1 ½ lb of ground beef
    • 1 medium chopped onion
    • 1 tsp of ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp of paprika
    • 1 tsp of garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp of taco seasoning.
    • Optional: sour cream, salsa, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes to garnish


    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven (375F)
    2. You need to crunch 1 bag of cheese Doritos and put them in a casserole dish.
    3. Set it aside
    4. In a large bowl add 2 cups of cooked rice, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans of Rotel, and 1 bag of Shredded cheese.
    5. Mix it all together and set aside.
    6. In a skillet, you need to add 1 ½ lb of ground beef, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 tsp of ground black pepper, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tbsp of taco seasoning.
    7. Mix it all together and cook until brown. 
    8. Drain the grease and add it to rice. Mix again.
    9. In the casserole dish add your rice mixture.
    10. Top it with your Doritos and shredded cheese.
    11. Put it in the oven until the cheese has melted (for about 20 minutes)
    12. You can top it with sour cream, salsa, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes – whatever you like, really.

    Another easy one, but delicious. Just YUM! 


    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag of Doritos
    • 1 lb of ground beef
    • 1 taco seasoning packet 
    • 1 head of chopped lettuce
    • 1 chopped pepper
    • ½ cup of sliced black olives
    • 1 can of pinto beans
    • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
    • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    • ¼ cup of chopped green onions
    • 16 oz of Catalina salad dressing
    • Optional: green onions and sour cream to garnish

    Instructions: 

    1. Brown 1 lb of ground beef. Drain the fat.
    2. Mix 1 taco seasoning packet and water and stir it for about 5 minutes until it thickened.
    3. Set it aside to cool.
    4. Take a large bowl in which you will combine: 1 head of chopped lettuce, 1 chopped pepper, ½ cup of sliced black olives, 1 can of pinto beans, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup of chopped green onions.
    5. Top it all with a cooled and seasoned ground beef.
    6. Take 10 oz of Doritos and crush them slightly.
    7. Sprinkle on the top of beef and drizzle with 16 oz of Catalina salad dressing.
    8. It should be coated evenly.
    9. Garnish with more green onions and sour cream if you want.
    10.  Now all that’s left is to enjoy (Yes, the final step is mandatory after all of your hard work!). 

    Tip: You can even modify this as a taco salad!

     

    Doritos Hotdogs

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag of Doritos
    • 8oz of crescent rolls
    • American cheese
    • Hot dogs
    • Milk 

    Instructions:

    • Preheat oven (375F) and grease cookie sheet.
    • Use 8oz of crescent rolls and separate into 4 rectangles.
    • Place slices of American cheese on your rectangles and put one hot dog it the center of your dough. 
    • Fold the short sides of the rectangle over the hot dog on roll up each one of them.
    • Firmly press edges.
    • Brush your rolls with milk and roll in crushed chips.
    • Arrange them on the cookie sheet, so that seam side is down.
    • Bake your rolls for about 20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
    • Your hotdogs are now ready to be served.

     

    Doritos Meatballs

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of Nacho Cheese Doritos
    • 2 lbs of ground beef
    • 1 large egg
    • ½ of a diced white onion
    • ½ tsp of black pepper
    • ½ tsp of garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/3 of the bottle ketchup

    Instructions: 

    1. Preheat the oven (350F)
    2. Crush 1 cup of Nacho Cheese Doritos, you can put them to a bag and crush using a rolling pin.
    3. Take a large bowl and add 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 large egg, ½ of a diced white onion, crushed Doritos, ½ tsp of black pepper, ½ tsp of garlic powder and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. (Doritos are quite salty so you don’t need to add salt, but if you like you can)
    4. Mix it all together and then add ketchup – it needs to moisten the mixture, so you will need about 1/3 of the bottle.
    5. Stir it again until the mixture is well combined.
    6. Start making with your hands a nice, firm balls.
    7. Spray a little bit of non-stick cooking spray on your baking dish and arrange your meatballs on a dish.
    8. Bake it for about 20 minutes and then remove from the oven.
    9. Drain off the grease and drippings and add 1/8 – ¼ cup of barbecue sauce – it depends on you, how much sauce do you like.
    10. Bake it for another 15 minutes until the meatballs are done.
    11. That’s all, you can now enjoy your meatballs and share with others.

     

     

    Doritos Popcorn

    When you combine two of your favorite snacks – the result is this greatest snack of all time. 


    Ingredients:

    • ½ cup of popcorn kernels
    •  2-3 tbsp of coconut oil
    • 2 tsp of salt
    • 1 tsp of organic cumin
    • 1 tsp of chili powder
    • ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp of onion powder
    • 1 tsp of garlic powder
    • 1 tsp of organic paprika
    • ¼ cup of nutritional yeast


    Instructions:

    1. Prepare a ½ cup of popcorn kernels using 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil. Use whatever method you like.
    2. In a small bowl add 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of organic cumin, 1 tsp of chili powder ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of organic paprika, and ¼ cup of nutritional yeast. Combine it all together and blend to make powder.
    3. With this mixture sprinkle your popcorn and coat them evenly. 
    4. Now you can enjoy your homemade, makeover popcorn with your family.

     

    Doritos Chicken

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of crushed Doritos 
    • 1 egg 
    • 1 tbsp of milk
    • 2 skinless chicken breasts

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven (425F)
    2. Line your baking sheet and foil. Spray it with your cooking spray.
    3. Put 1 cup of crushed Doritos in a bowl.
    4. In another bowl whisk one egg and 1 tbsp of milk until they combine.
    5. Dip 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts in that mixture and then dip it in Doritos.
    6. Arrange evenly coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray the top part.
    7. Bake for about 18 minutes.
    8. And that’s all - quick and easy, but also very delicious. Enjoy!

    Tip: You can repurpose this into a chicken casserole!

     

    Homemade Doritos

    You love Doritos (who doesn’t) but would you love to eat a healthier version? Here’s a DIY version you can make yourself that doesn’t skim out on the flavor.


    Ingredients:

    • 6 tortillas
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese
    • 1 ½ tsp of smoked paprika
    • 1 ½ tsp of chili powder
    • ½ tsp of salt

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven (350F)
    2.  Line your parchment paper with a baking sheet 
    3. Arrange 6 tortillas on the baking sheet and brush them with a 1 tbsp of vegetable oil evenly on both sides.
    4. Stack your tortillas and then cut them 3 ways. You should make 6 triangles.
    5. Add 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese,1 ½ tsp of smoked paprika, 1 ½ tsp of chili powder, ½ tsp of salt and stir it until they are combined.
    6. Sprinkle your tortillas with the mixture, making sure that they are all evenly coated on both sides.
    7. Arrange your tortillas on your baking sheet in just one layer.
    8. Bake them for about 20 minutes, until the tortillas are crispy.
    9. Before serving, allow them to cool.
    10. And that’s it. You can enjoy now. 

     

    Doritos Chicken Fingers

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag of Doritos
    • 4 skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 cups of buttermilk
    • 2 cups of flour 
    • 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper
    • 4 eggs

     

    Instructions:

    1. Cut 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts into ½ inch strips. Keep in mind that they have to be thin.
    2. Put the strips into a bowl and pour 2 cups of buttermilk in it and stir it until the strips are evenly coated. Cover your bowl and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
    3. Crush 1 bag of Doritos using your food processor and make it into crumbs. When you are satisfied with the texture set it aside into a large bowl.
    4. Take another large bowl and place in it: 2 cups of flour and 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper.
    5. In another one with 4 eggs.
    6. Preheat your oven (400F)
    7. Spray your baking sheet with a cooking spray and arrange all of your bowls in order:

    1st. Chicken

    2nd. Flour

    3rd. Eggs

    4th. Crushed Doritos


    1. Lift your chicken strips one by one and put in flour until they are evenly coated, then in eggs and at the end in a bowl with crushed Doritos. Keep in mind to shake off the excess every time between dipping in next bowl.
    2. After you finish that, arrange them on a baking sheet and they are ready to bake.
    3. Bake them for about 20 minutes, turning them on the other side during the process so that they are evenly baked on both sides.
    4. They are ready. You can also serve them with a barbeque sauce, ranch dip or whatever you like.
    5. Enjoy.

     

    Doritos Pie

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag Doritos
    • 1lb lean ground beef
    • 1 package taco seasoning
    • Water
    • Cooking spray
    • Crescent crust 
    • 1 cup of sour cream
    • ¼ cup of salsa
    • 1 cup of shredded cheese
    • ¼ cup of melted butter

    Instructions:

    • Preheat your oven (400F)
    • On a medium heat brown 1lb of lean ground beef until there is no pink remaining. Drain any excess oil.
    • Stir 1 package of taco seasoning with ½ cup of water and simmer it for about 5 minutes until thickened.
    • With a nonstick cooking spray, spray your pie dish. Take 1 can crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place them in a pie so the points are toward the center of your dish. 
    • Sprinkle your crescent crust with 1 ½ cups of crushed Doritos and top it with your pre-made ground beef.
    • Combine 1 cup of sour cream and ¼ cup of salsa and with that mixture top your ground beef.
    • On that layer put 1 cup of shredded cheese (whatever you like) and about 1 ½ of crushed Doritos.
    • Drizzle ¼ cup of melted butter on it and it’s ready to bake.
    • Bake it for about 20 minutes, the crust needs to be golden brown.
    • That’s it. You can now enjoy your easy made Dorito pie. You cannot go wrong with this one.
